The purge of high-ranking FBI officials and potentially thousands of employees who worked on the January 6th insurrection investigation is another example of Trump’s attacks on law enforcement and safety. FBI Director nominee Kash Patel needs to be questioned about his role in this before any confirmation in the Senate.
