The public is welcome to attend. The subgroup will discuss strategies for increasing public awareness of the work of the task force and encouraging public attendance at public comment opportunities being planned in various Oregon towns and cities, including May 4 in Portland and May 9 in Eugene. The meeting will be broadcast via Internet at Audio and Video for Non-Legislative Events and Meetings.

Meeting materials will be posted on the Public Records Law Reform Task Force website once available.

The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. Requests for accommodations for people with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
