Attorney General’s Public Records Law Reform Task Force

The Task Force will discuss its recommendations to the Attorney General for proposing legislation in 2017 in the following areas:
- Timeframes for responding to requests
- Addressing the number of exemptions
- Policy statement
- Other
Public attendance is welcome and encouraged.
Meeting materials will be posted on the Public Records Law Reform Task Force website once available. Due to a subgroup meeting scheduled on the 12th, some materials may be posted very shortly before the meeting.
The meeting location is accessible to persons with disabilities. Requests for accommodations for people with disabilities should be made at least 48 hours in advance.
