The Oregon Sunshine Committee will meet on Monday, November 4 at 1:30 PM in the Oregon State Capitol, 900 Court St. NE, Salem, OR 97301. The meeting will occur in Hearing Room 343.
The chair will present the recent legislative proposal of the Public Records Advisory Council. The Committee may discuss that proposal, and a vote relating to it is also possible. The Committee will then discuss, and possibly vote on, the recommendation on bulk data requests for personal information developed by its standing subcommittee. Interested members of the public will have the opportunity to speak on the matter.
Time permitting, the Committee may also hear reports from the chairs of its other two subcommittees. The Committee will also discuss future business, including member terms.
