The Oregon Sunshine Committee will be meeting in Portland on January 23, 2019, from 1:30 to 4:30.
The meeting will occur in the Mozilla offices located at 1120 NW Couch St. #320, in Portland. It will also be streamed live: https://mzl.la/sunshine-committee-2019-01-23. Conference call information will be available by request.
After introductions, the Committee will consider the prior meeting’s minutes, proceed to discussion, with a likely vote, on recommendations regarding the personal privacy exemptions that the Committee has been discussing (available from the Committee’s meeting archive page, https://www.doj.state.or.us/oregon-department-of-justice/public-records/public-records-reform/oregon-sunshine-committee/, and then discuss future business.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MEETING IS IN PORTLAND, not in the Committee’s usual space in Salem.
