This 40-hour training fulfills the didactic requirement to practice as an adult/adolescent SAE/SANE.
After the training, attendees are expected to independently coordinate required clinical and non-clinical components before practicing as an SAE/SANE.
This training will Include an outline of these requirements and helpful suggestions to complete them.
You must be able to attend the entire 40-hour training to register and have at least two years of experience as an RN to be eligible for training.
NOTE: Nurses from rural areas receive registration priority and tuition costs are waived.
Cost: Free to nurses from rural areas. (Areas include: Morrow, Umatilla, Union, Baker, and Malheur Counties – we encourage surrounding rural counties to register)
Limited to 30 participants. A wait list will be created from registrations received after this limit is reached.
