Every few years, the Oregon Child Support Program reviews the Oregon Child Support Guidelines. These guidelines are how we calculate child support orders and are based on state and federal law. Our top priority is for the guidelines to produce fair and equitable child support orders for Oregon families. The purpose of Oregon Child Support Guidelines Advisory Committee is to review and recommend changes to the Oregon Child Support Guidelines to better serve Oregon families.
